Proposal of training at home

Hello to all!
Here is just a one proposal of training that you can perform in only a few square meters and without any equipment.
Program is from my graduation thesis on Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb long time ago (mentor Prof. Dušan Metikoš, PhD).
According to this principle, you can also include exercises with equipments (dumbbells, etc.) just try to arrange muscle group one after the other at regular intervals.
