Shinkyokushin Austrian Open 2017 – Vienna, June 11, 2017

The Shinkyokushin Austrian Open 2017 was held on 11th of June 2017 in organization of Austrian Shinkyokushin Karate Organization and hostage by Shihan Marek Kubek, 5 Dan, Branch chief of Austrian Shinkyokushin Organization.

On tournament participated 102 competitors from 10 countries (Sweden, Bulgaria, Serbia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Spain, Croatia and Austria), competed this time only in Kumite in categories of juniors and adults.

I.K.O. Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia was represented by Bruno Stojanović (club Domenica Sveta Nedelja), Gabriela Suša and Tomislav Božić (club Fortis Samobor).

Gabriela competed in younger junior girl’s -55 kg category.

Bruno won 1st place in younger junior -75kg category. First fight he finished after 25 seconds with ippon by Hiza geri.

Second fight he won with two wazari by Seiken and Hiza geri after 65 seconds.

Tomislav won 1st place in older junior +70 kg category. First fight he finished after 70 seconds with two wazari by Gedan mawashi geri.

Second fight he won with two wazari by Hiza geri and Seiken after 85 seconds.
